'WE' is an Integration of 'ME'

Bribe for ‘ME’. A good position into cabinet for ‘ME’. A highest share of profits for ‘ME’. ………….

This ‘ME’ has created a real disaster in my country. Everything for me!! Can we never realize that, all this ‘ME’ together forms ‘WE’??

When one thinks about mere own self, then he is labeled as selfish. . By this definition every human being is naturally selfish. Those who do it for others earn a self satisfaction by doing so, i.e. at the end of the day even so called philanthropic people are selfish. It is natural!! Not right or wrong.

But what makes a difference is whether a view point broad or narrow.!!

Please please think of yourself only, but with some broad mindedness. I can’t be personally happy with a sorrow surrounding. Human being is a social animal; he can’t enjoy life without a good surrounding.

One has to realize that, by working to create a better society or a better country, he is helping himself. The self enhancement would look immaterial in a backward society.

Conclusion is simple, developed or under developed every country has similar algorithm. The difference is what mathematical action you do; Derivation or Integration?

Azab Kaps ki Gazab Prem Kahani !!!!

It's all about PEOPLE !!!

‘Machine is anything which reduces human efforts’ this simple definition of machine is now known to almost every Indian ever since 3 idiots has been released. Rather I would like to modify it as, ’Machine is the physical substance which reduces human efforts’. The need for modification is because, there are certain other intangible things which are again used to reduce human efforts or in other words to give a better performance, like management tools.

First being an engineer and then a management student I had a pinch of both. Over the time now I started realizing that, we tend to depend too much on them. Of course we are highly convinced about their mechanism and results. Machines or tools both with similar configurations are used everywhere. The only thing makes a difference is the one individual or altogether group of people handling them. And that is the reason these tools and machines seems to me very tiny after comparing their roles with that of human beings. The exactly similar system can give different results with every different set of people. So if this is the case then the big question ahead is, we often talk about need to change the system. WHAT exactly need to be changed??? System or people itself??

I think what makes a difference between people is beliefs, attitudes and behaviours. Individual beliefs are shaped from individual experiences, i.e. what ever is seen around. It then leads to an attitude and reflects in behaviour. The different pattern of behavior, which keeps on changing with time, is the culture.

I always liked the debate raised by Mr. Harsha Bhogle between talent and attitude. Talent can open the first door of success, the second but not the last. It is the attitude which really makes a difference. Rancho says, “Don’t run behind the success but run behind the excellence, then success will follow you”. It reflects nothing but his attitude.

And that makes BABA KAPIL say, “Baccha, What you have? Is not important but What you do with what you have?? Is important”. Kyu sahi hai na mamu……

What do we deserve? A democracy or an autocracy!!!

What do we have?

A democracy !!! Really???

Loksabha elections 2009 took place and Congress led UPA won against BJP led NDA. The same trend followed in assembly elections of Maharashtra, Haryana and recently Jharkhand. And then hell lot of discussions over the success of Congress and loss of BJP.

But as per my knowledge, a democracy is the system for the people and by the people. Then in such case it can not be a victory of one particular party or loss of another one. It can be seen as a triumph of one particular section of the people over other section. May be, it is a fight between rich and strong section of the people against common man. The way it used to happen with famously called, ’Sawakarshahi’ or Feudalism.

I must mention the reason which made me think on these lines. Neither I am going to comment on anything nor will advice; I don’t think I deserve that. But I want to raise certain questions here or would like to leave some thought based on certain facts seen around.

I remember when assembly elections 2004 were declared in Maharashtra. Mr. Sushilkumar Shinde, the then CM, has declared free power scheme for farmers. The scheme was soon withdrawn immediately when Congress again came to power and Mr. Shinde replied, ”such promises has to be given during elections”. This was not the first time that some political party has broken the promise but at least they never use to except it shamelessly in the past.

Then we also have a political outfit led by Mr. Sharad Pawar, i.e. NCP. Who claims to be so called, ’Secular’ (One will forget his English if he will try to find the meaning of this word w.r.t. Indian politics). This claims to have all the principles similar to congress but still wish to run a separate party under the leadership of their chief. Do they have any ideology or motive except wining elections one after another??? What about the new sensation in this political drama, the MNS???

We are a country with over one billion population. Everyone has their own ideas regarding running the country. So shall we go for that much political parties or what???? If you have some ideology then can’t you work with the original party with similar ideology?? Can’t you get things done from the same??

Do we always need some Gandhi, Thackerey or Pawar only to lead the path?? One party which runs on ideology is facing defeat after one another. I honestly don’t feel sad for it, because it is born to struggle. It has been the history of this country, whoever fights for the common man or for the truth and with some ideology has always struggled. It was Pandavas who had to go for Vanvas, not kaurav or it was Aurangajeb who was sitting on Delhi Takht though we had a better deserving king like Shivaji Maharaj.

The one without ideology can go to any extent for power because it is the only motive for them. Is it not the truth?? So what is prevailing in India, Individual powers or power of Ideologies???

As I said earlier I won’t comment but would like to leave the thought for whosoever reads this.

When British left our country they said something on very serious note that, “We don’t deserve a democracy.” I really wish to disagree with them!!!!!!!!
